Cranfield Mortgages was established by Tony Smith in May 2017. Tony has over 20 years' experience within the industry and is now looking to provide high quality local advice.​

My aim is to offer products from a wide range of lenders including high street banks, building societies and specialist lending companies. With experience in First Time Buyers, Re-mortgage, Buying-to-Let, Key workers and Help to Buy. I am not tied to any one lender, which means that I act entirely on your behalf and represent your best interests in order to establish the most appropriate mortgage quotes for you.

Your mortgage is probably the largest financial commitment you are likely to undertake. There are many types of mortgages available, it is easy to become confused. The lowest interest rate is not always the most appropriate product after taking in to consideration potential product fees, valuation fees and other associated hidden costs.  I aim to provide an individual service making a recommendation after a full fact find and considering all personal circumstances. This makes my advice individually tailored to each client.
